I dont think that the priority dates will become current by next year october for 2003. I really pray for that to happen as we are all going to go through...

the new FP EAD will be the one that you file for renewal, they will not automatically issue a new one.
They stand to gain $340 from it.
For the person worried about his EAD dont go by what the customer rep said, they are forever giving out incorrect information, majority of EADs issued in the last 3 months have been without biometrics.

What are you saying? Health Services dismal? I thought it was better than US in many aspects. The cost is cheap for treatment (unless you have some uncommon disease. Since the system is churning up so many doctors, there is a lot of competition. Even in small villages you will find many doctors competing for patients. Maybe that is not true for everywhere, but that is what I have seen in my home state Haryana.
Also the education system may not be perfect, but kids don't have to go to private schools, because public schools have run out of capacity. There are problems like not all-around development, and not all kids doing great in studies. But that is true even in US, unless you are sending your kids to a fine private school (which by the way you can do in India, if you have money). JMHO
US has been in number 1 in the past, moved to 2nd spot for a couple of years, in the world competitiveness rankings. For the first time, the US moved to the 6th Spot in the world rankings by the world economic forum (Europe based Institution). The main reason was because of the huge current account deficit and negative savings (mainly federal deficit) which is a threat to the US competitiveness. China moved down due to corruption etc. India moved up but any further movement will depend on structural reforms, especially controlling the huge public service and red-tape and a creaking infrastructure - power, roads, ports, water supply - all of which are run by the government. The health services in large parts of India is dismal and so is the public education system (K-12). With the left firmly controlling the ruling party, deregulation is slow and insipid, and it is the private sector which is basically contributing to the GDP and Competitiveness. Verify your G-325 application form properly especially the employment history you provided. My wife also got the similar RFE early this year due to technical error that we made in G325 form. (My wife applied for H1 but she did not worked through that company mean while she got her EAD then started working for another company, Which voided H1-B, In G-325 we mentioned that she was working from July 2007 but her H1 is valid from October so Officer might have thought that she worked illegally for 3 months) .
We provided w2's, pay stubs and amended G325 etc to prove that she did not worked on her H1 or illegally.

We verified the submitted G325, all the info related to my work in US is up to date, only thing i can think of is that i missed filling the portion where it asks about details on Last employment abroad. I have filled that part as well now.
As per my attorney, it could also be that they might have misplaced my G325, hence asking for all this info.

Although July Fiasco was for EB only, there was a rush to file AOS for family based as well because of USCIS Fee increase from July 31st. Unless USCIS comes out with stats, everything else is guessing game. I guess that we can have better estimate after 3 or 4 bulletins and based on its forward movement.

Is it ok to have a title of Business Analyst and do software development? Programmer Analyst makes more sense for the position. Like wise Is it ok to have a programmer analyst title for a systems administrator? What kind of issues can one expect if the title and job duties/resume are not in sync?

Generally secretaries follow laws. They do not frame any regulations or have any role in it. It will be in hand of Obama's immigration appointees to push immigration.
Secretary will be responsible for DHS which involves security, FEMA etc too. I am not sure if she will be able to change a whole lot.

From the website http://www.immigration-law.com/Canada.html we can see that there are only 140000 GCs are given for employment. Also as per the current prediction on the same page shows that there will be 750000 new applications will be added in to system because of this recent events. Now follwing are some facts what I can see from these details:
1. As only 140000 visas can be givens per year. USCIS OR DOS can not cross this limit.
2. There is also per country limit. (I don't know what is the exact % for per country - think 10 -20 %)
3. If you count 20 % then for India the figure per year is 28000.
4 Now imagine how many years it will take to cover up the number like 750000.
My analysis:
-Based on these details you can predict that there is going to be more than 10 years to clear this thing. (except some new law passes).
- Some may get GC after 10 years of filing A485.
- For atleast 10 years PD remains Unavailable.

So find a new job before I-485 is approved.
